What's the difference between a screw press and a hydraulic press?

A screw press (also called an expeller) uses a rotating screw to continuously compress seeds and squeeze out oil. It's ideal for high-volume operations with common oilseeds like sunflower, soybean, and rapeseed. A hydraulic press uses high pressure in batches — it's slower but produces higher-quality oil with less heat, making it perfect for premium oils like sesame, walnut, and cocoa butter.

How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery is 2–6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on model availability. We provide tracking at every stage and coordinate delivery directly to your facility.

Do I need special electrical hookups?

Smaller machines (under 5 kW) run on standard 220V single-phase power. Larger commercial units may require 220V or 480V three-phase power. We'll confirm electrical requirements before you order and can recommend electricians in your area if needed.

What about the warranty?

All equipment comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use. We stock common replacement parts (press screws, cage bars, filters) in the US for fast shipping. Extended warranties are available.
